Blog,
Due to matters that I can't disclosed publicly (as the blog is public, but my otak will remember it well..ermm if I amensia doesn't hit in the old age..or Alzheimer .. *touchwood*) and my determination to go to Bangkok weeks after the bombing near the Erawan Shrine (well, bought the plane ticket in January and I am dying (I am not sure if this is how you spell it but you get the idea) to go to Madame Tussauds Bangkok (because Ringgit depreciate soooooooo much and entrance fee to Madame Tussauds Singapore will cost a bomb) so die die I must go lar (technically at that point of time where I applied for my annual leave, my friend haven't book the ticket but since ze annual leave has been approved, so bombing or no bombing, to Bangkok we go!).
So...due to other commitment, I ended up changing my flight ticket and let my friends go to Bangkok without me and beg them to pick me at the airport the day after. To complicate things, I am using Malaysia Airlines (which is superb btw) and the plane landed at Suvarnabhumi Airport (my friends were using Air Asia and it landed at Don Mueang and they need to familiarize themselves with Suvarnabhumi lar).
To cut the story short, I arrived at 8.00pm Bangkok time (GMT +7). My friend reminded me to stay put at the Arrival Hall, which makes sense lar and being a good friend they are, the waited for me since 6.00pm Bangkok time. Oh, much love dearies. The problem is, they didn't see me and I didn't see them. Oh my, I have not turn on my phone and if they have bought the Thai sim card, I am obviously doomed coz I don't know their number *almost crying, wanted to get taxi, fuck should have learnt the Airport Railway Link beforehand* Turn out they were there the whole time and we just didn't see each other. Been sitting like a good girl below the super big "billboard".
The Gigantic Board at the Arrival area. Was sitting patiently and nervously for my friends who were actually there waiting patiently for yours truly too.. |

If it weren't for my unusual hunch (penyuk hunch), my friend would not recognised me and I would end up waiting at the airport til morning (coz I'm too scared to use taxi at night). Thank god for my weird walking style. THANK GOD!!
Was pushing my damn big red luggage front and back and suddenly I heard someone calling my name, more like shouting and screaming he he. I was soooo relieved to see that two familiar faces I feel like hugging them right that moment. They were worried that they did not see me and vice versa.
I guess I gonna end the story here and upload photos of the uber famous Suvarnabhumi Airport :)
My phone was almost out of juice. Blurry pics to remind myself that I have been to Suvarnabhumi Airport :)
